Does my dogs biting behavior have anything to do with him sleeping in my bed with me?
My dog when walking with me is well behaved with other dogs and humans.
When someone comes in the house he will more often than not try to bite them if he doesn’t know them at all or very well.
When my roommate walks him he says my dog has a tendency to go after other dogs and nip or try to bite people.
Now I won’t allow my room mate to walk him till this biting behavior is taken care of. Me and my dog have had training classes but he needs more, which I plan to do.

My suggestion would be to get the dog off the bed.
Your dog going after people coming over to your house indicates he thinks he is ruling the roost.
You need to set clear guidelines that he is the bottom dog on this social ladder. The very bottom, you are the top, your roommate is next and any guest coming into the house is there at your request, not his and is to be accepted.
He is doing these things because he has been given no boundaries and is setting his own: He is in charge.
Dogs require a social ladder and a standing in that ladder. They need it to be secure, if they don’t get it from you, they will create their own and they will be head of the proverbial pack and end up being a tyrant. You are the boss, he will be happy to be the most lowly dog in the pack as long as he knows his place.
My advise: get yourselves to a professonal asap, take control and get him off the bed,you tell him where he sleeps, he hasn’t earned the right to cuddle with you there.
no it does not, it is actually a social problem your dog has and it actually also depends on the breed of your dog like shitzus and chuhawas how evr u spell tht are most likely to be dogs tht bite…so my recomendation is to get him more used to people and use treats to reward him when he doesn’t bite…
I think your dog just likes to snack between meals, just give him a dogie bone next time you have company over and let him sleep on the bed, you only use one side of it
