How can I stop my dog biting and destroying her training pad?
I love my 6 months old Chihuahua unfortunately I don’t have too much time to train her to pee outside. She has training pads around the house and she use them sometimes, or the floor or other times the bathroom floor (which I don’t mind). But when I go to work I put her in a cage (big enough) with a pad inside, her bed, water and toys, but she destroy the pad, pee and poop everywhere make a mess even eat a little of the plastic of the pad and get sick. How can I train her?
1- to don’t destroy the pad
2- to pee where I want her to do it
Thanks guys! you helped me a lot and I know, I will give her more time.

Get her a smaller cage with NO pee pad and no bed, MAYBE a blanket on the floor but it’s not necessary. She won’t want to pee or poop where she sleeps and will learn to hold it while you’re at work. It’s called crate training. Pee pads are a waste of time and money.
You need to make the time to house train your dog! She shouldn’t have a pee pad in her crate during the day. Instead, make sure the crate isn’t too big, and hire someone to come and take her outside in the middle of the day.
Go ahead and call the local animal control. Tell them that you are on your way with a dog that you got recently and can no longer care and provider for her.
As for the training pads, give it up! Its a dog, they go outside, in grass, not on freaking dipers thrown around your house.
Smaller crate, no pad.
Secondly, take a couple of days foff rom work to train your dog.
Take her outside often. When she is inside, you should watch her constantly, and if she is sniffing around, and about to use the floor as her toilet, immediately take her outside.
By enforcing a couple of positives of obedience training, you will have clearer and more effective communication with your pet. You will find yourself having a better relationship with your dog.
I wanted to share my story with you guys about my puppy. The afternoon my puppy was born it died caused by premature birth. It was a sad morning and properly i couldnt even give her a name. Very sad day for me.
