By enforcing a couple of positives of obedience training, you will have clearer and more effective communication with your pet. You will find yourself having a better relationship with your dog.

Take her outside often. When she is inside, you should watch her constantly, and if she is sniffing around, and about to use the floor as her toilet, immediately take her outside.

Go ahead and call the local animal control. Tell them that you are on your way with a dog that you got recently and can no longer care and provider for her.

As for the training pads, give it up! Its a dog, they go outside, in grass, not on freaking dipers thrown around your house.

You need to make the time to house train your dog! She shouldn't have a pee pad in her crate during the day. Instead, make sure the crate isn't too big, and hire someone to come and take her outside in the middle of the day.

Get her a smaller cage with NO pee pad and no bed, MAYBE a blanket on the floor but it's not necessary. She won't want to pee or poop where she sleeps and will learn to hold it while you're at work. It's called crate training. Pee pads are a waste of time and money.
