Tell them that you are on your way with a dog that you got recently and can no longer care and provider for her. As for the training pads, give it up! She shouldn't have a pee pad in her crate during the day. Instead, make sure the crate isn't too big, and hire someone to come and take her outside in the middle of the day. She won't want to pee or poop where she sleeps and will learn to hold it while you're at work. It's called crate training. Pee pads are a waste of time and money.
