play frisbee with your dog
Well, considering it’s supposed to be with it’s mother for another 4 weeks, you won’t be doing any training for another month. Once it has all it’s shots, you need to enroll in a training class. This is more for you than for the dog. We need to be taught how to effectively communicate with our pet so we don’t screw them up. You can get into a puppy class as soon as you have completed the first two shot series. This will be much needed with your chihuahua as they can be real freaks if they aren’t properly socialized or trained from a young age. Find a certified trainer in your area here:

How come you got a pup that young?
Anyway to answer your question start with getting her/him to sit, down, stay and come when called. You can start doing these at this age but dont expect it to happen instantly. If you start to feel frustrated just stop.
Sit: Have a treat in your hand and very slowly move it back over dogs head (away from snout) Technically his nose will follow the scent and he will end up sitting. Give him the treat as soon as his bum hits the floor and say ‘sit’ at the same time. Then lots of praise
Down: Do this when dog can do the sit on command. Get dog in a sit then lower a treat slowly from snout level straight down to the floor. He should follow it down to lay down. Treat when he’s where you wan thim to be and say down. Lots of praise
I’ve got my lab closing doors and turning lights on but I dont think a chihuahua would be able to given the size and strength difference. Look up dog tricks on the net
To make your Dog spin on command, like he is chasing his tail, start by showing him a doggie treat in your hand. Hold the treat just slightly above the dog’s head so he can’t reach it.
Now lead the dog by his nose, which will be trying to get as close to the treat as it can anyway, in a circle while constantly repeating the command “Spin!” Once the dog has completed a full rotation, give him the treat and lavish him with praise.
After you have done this a few times, the dog, who usually enjoys spinning anyway the same way he enjoys jumping for joy, will start spinning on
his own at your vocal cue.
You can also twirl your hand from the wrist while holding the treat. Then later, when there is no treat, the dog will recognize the circular motions of your wrist as the hand signal to begin to spin.
You can also alter your commands so that your dog understands how to “spin right!” and “spin left!” Don’t practice this too often, as you don’t want your dog to get dizzy and disoriented, which of course can lead to puking.
Another way is to reward your dog for chasing his tail. If you see him doing this keep saying the word “spin” and “good dog” and be sure to reward him with a treat. Sooner or later he will identify the command with chasing his tail and will do it at your vocal cure without the dispensation of a treat.

You might want to wait until hes a few months older before you start teaching him tricks.
